Hi and welcome to another post of mine hope you enjoy. So for this post I'm go to share my speech about Cricket hope you enjoy. 

                   This Is my speech.

                   Cricket

Hi and welcome to my speech about my facts about cricket. Cricket Is the second most popular sport In the world behind football. Cricket was first played In the 18 hundreds as countries like England and Australia started playing tests matches against each other It was called the ashes. The reason It was called the ashes because England lost there first series In the ashes then they burnt the wickets then It turned In to ashes. I’ve been playing Cricket since I was eight years old this Is my 4th year of cricket.

For Cricket you need to use a helmet, gloves, box, pads, ball and a Cricket bat.

That’s what you need to protect yourself In cricket now let's move on to what you do with this gear. With the Cricket bat, gloves and helmet you need try and hit the ball so you can’t get out.

There are 3 pieces of wood that are called wickets. The batsman needs to stop It from hitting the wickets and the bowler needs to try and hit them so the batsman gets out.

Then the fielder needs to try and catch It and throw It at the wickets and there's a umpire/referee thats does the hand signals and If the thinger goes up It’s a wicket.  

The reason I started Cricket. I started Cricket because It was fun and It was In the summer so you could play more. Before I started playing Cricket I played with my Dad and my brother In the backyard. When I started having fun I started playing Cricket for a club that has been going very well.

For 3 years In arrow I have been bowler of the year for my team. My first year and 2 year of cricket I got 27 wickets and my third year I got 21. I average 2 wickets per game and I average 12 runs per game. My third year of Cricket we only lost 3 games In 16 matches that was my best season for my team.

Hi and welcome to another speech of mine hope you enjoy. Now I'm going to share my learning It's maths. What I am working on In maths Is rounding and compensating If you know what that Is but If you don't I help you know It. 

Here's a example for you so 212+258 to make It easier take away 12 on the 200 and plus 12 on to 258 and that makes 200+270=570. So do you under stand now I hope you do cause that makes It a lot easier.

My culture

                           MY CULTURE      

Welcome back to my latest post. Hope you enjoy me sharing my learning about my culture.
Well you wanna here where I'm from well I'm 45 percent Kiwi, 45 percent English, 5 percent Irish and 5 percent Scottish. So all added that means I'm 45 percent Kiwi and 55 percent Brittish.


So those are my countries now I'm going to share what I do at Christmas and at Easter. Now lets start off with Christmas. For Christmas I wake up at 7:30 AM on Christmas day and open my presents. After when I open my presents we go to a friends house at 2:30 PM and party for a long time.
So that's how I celebrate Christmas now lets move on to Easter.

Now lets talk about what I do on Easter. Well there's not much to say on I just normally sit down, eat chocolate and play on the play station.

Fun day out

Hi guys here we are back for another post this post Is going to be about our fun day out hope you enjoy my post. This year In term 2 and week 2 we went on a fun day out to clip and climb when we were at school we did Lego and art It was really fun but the funnest part was clip and climb.

Friday sport

Hey guys welcome to my next post this post Is going to be about Friday sport so hope you guys enjoy my post. Friday sport during term four we got In to teams for school from year 5/8 my team has won three and drawn one my team Is doing very and hope we stay like that for the rest of the year.

Arts rotations

welcome to my next post so this post Is going to be about dance, visual arts and music but I'm doing dance so hope you enjoy my post. during term four we started arts rotations just like before I'm doing dance I'm doing dance because there lots off different things you could do like different cultures of other countries.                 

Dance Is a very Interesting sport It takes a lot of energy to put effort In to It that's why I'm doing dance my favourite dance of this term has been the Irish dance because we stamp are feet and dance. Robotics

Hello my my name is Quinn and i am going to share something that we did earlier this term.  This term we got to do robotics it was really cool there was a virtual reality and other kind's of robots my favourite was the virtual reality it showed like the dinosaur age and fires and humans were around to it was really really cool.  This is a blue robot in the picture it is one eyed you control it with an iPad it has buttons and controllers to control the robot it can go forwards backwards and left and right it was really and bye bye fellers.  

Family treasure

Hi i am Quinn and this is my second post we have been sharing are family treasure each day but we have finished i shared my family treasure about white haven  roads because my mum is from white haven and it reminds me of English history.
